Ms. Vineet Gill Munish has been working in the WHO
Country Office India
since February 2001. Her primary responsibility is to assist and collaborate
in formulation of work plan for the Tobacco Free Initiative under the GoI/WHO
collaborative programme in India and assist in its implementation, review and
monitoring. She also coordinates and builds partnerships with concerned technical units in GOI,
WHO SEARO/HQ, development partners and donor agencies for conceptualization
and implementation of policies and strategies relating to tobacco control
programme including resource mobilization.
Prior to
joining WHO she has over seven years of varied experience in the corporate
sector.
She holds
a Masters degree in Business Management with a major in Marketing.
