Mr. Sushil Kumar Sharma works as Programme Assistant in
the office of WHO Representative to India. He holds a Master's degree
in Economics and Certification in Computer Systems Analysis and Design and
Programming.
Before joining the WHO India office in April 1998, Mr.
Sharma had worked in various technical units of the WHO Regional Office for South-East Asia for more than 14 years - mainly in the
Health Laboratory Services; Expanded Programme on Immunization; Fellowships
and essential Drugs and Vaccines units.
Prior to joining WHO, Mr. Sharma had worked over five
years in the Government of India office and at Philips India Ltd., New Delhi.
