Kamaraj A. Devapitchai has been working in WHO Country Office India since July 2008.  His main responsibility is to assist in the implementation and management of Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) for People affected by Leprosy. 

Prior to this assignment, he has served The Leprosy Mission (TLM) for eight years as manager in the Prevention of Impairment and Disability Unit.

He holds a Physiotherapist degree from Christian Medical College and Hospital, Vellore, and a Masters degree in Community Disability Studies from the University College London (UCL), UK.
