World No Tobacco Day 2008

Dr. S.N. Medical College, Jodhpur
 
Dr. S.N. Medical College at Jodhpur organized a
workshop on “Tobacco and Health” for medical fraternity to commemorate World
No Tobacco Day. Over 150 participants
from various medical colleges, dental colleges and state medical health
services attended the workshop. An exhibition of anti-tobacco IEC materials
was also arranged and a public meeting was organized with representation from
political leaders, health professionals and civil society.
