Fitness Trust, Delhi organized World No
Tobacco Day 2008 event at MCD Community Bhawan, Kalakaji, New Delhi. A poster competition
was held for children from 7–18 yrs in which students from different schools
of Delhi and NCR region participated. Nukkad Natak with the theme “Smoking leads to drug abuse” was
also presented. Slogan March carrying
anti-tobacco placards/posters/slogans was carried out with participation from
around youth, women, senior citizens, community people and local political
leaders.
